So I took Ingrid with me and did the willy-nilly-park run, which was interrupted by needing to help ger get on the swing at one point, and off a climbing structure at another, so my paces are all off. Again, the first 3 runs were fine, but that last 3 minute stretch I needed to walk in the middle.
