Survived! So, I didn't run the entire last 90 second stretch as I got a bit of a stitch in my side, but despite that I did better than last time, I think! (Just checked stats, and yes! Weird.) I had had a cup of coffee and some graham crackers, and water before I left, and wonder if a better breakfast would have helped. Maybe a banana? It's grocery day, so we are out of those.
I also tried to follow the same route I did Wednesday, and beat that route by 33 seconds. I'll take it!
